OTP Bank Romania launches a customized program for its clients with loans in CHF (press release):

OTP Bank Romania announces the launch of a customized long term solution dedicated to the bank’s clients with loans in CHF.

The long term solution is based on a significant discount of the client’s loan debt and a conversion transaction in RON or EUR for the remaining balance. Thus, the bank assures an immediate and balanced financial management of each loan. The solutions are customized for each client, according to the loan’s specifications, the granting year, the initial interest rates and loan’s destination.

“Our long term solution is meant to rapidly assure a balanced management of each CHF loan, by offering personalized and sustainable solutions to our clients. 80% of the clients will benefit from a discount between 17.5% and 25% of the loans balance. This program represents one of the most competitive solutions on the market and it is important for us that our clients are well informed about it. This is why our advisors from OTP Bank’s branches are ready to offer to our clients all the needed counseling on CHF loans.”, declared László Diósi, CEO, OTP Bank Romania.

The program is addressed to all 10,500 clients with mortgage backed CHF loans originated by OTP Bank Romania. In order to access the program, the clients should have less than 90 days delays of his monthly reimbursements at the conversion moment. In order to become eligible, clients having more than 90 days delay, should repay the necessary amount in order to decrease the number of delay days below 90.

OTP Bank’s CHF program will be available starting December 9, 2015, for the next 3 consecutive months. During this period of time, clients will be gradually invited to the bank’s territorial units through written letter, to discuss about this transaction and find out all the needed information.

Starting December 10, 2015, clients can also access an online platform specially designed to present the personalized solutions, www.otpbank.ro/oferta-chf and the dedicated Call Center lines, 0741 875 788 and 021 308 00 88 (call lines with normal rates, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 20:00).
