We inform you that today, pursuant to article 70, paragraph 5, letter a) of the Consob Regulation no. 11971/99, the following documents have been made available to the public, through publication on the website of the company www.unicreditgroup.eu in the section “Governance – Merger transactions”, as well as at the company’s registered office:
- the merger plan of UniCredit Real Estate S.c.p.A. and Medioinvest S.r.l. into UniCredit S.p.A.;
- the financial statements as of December 31, 2010 of the companies involved in the merger.
